"Patients and families tell us they need information, reliable access to help, and relief from distress so they can live as well as possible with their medical condition. Palliative care is the solution." - Diane E. Meier, MD

How to Get Palliative Care

The directory is based upon palliative care programs listed in the American Hospital Association (AHA) Annual Survey.

Note: If you are a hospital and your program is not listed or bolded with an asterisk, please register your program in the National Palliative Care RegistryTM.
